No worries! (See my edit above!)

If you make sure to get me a list of all of the students that will be attending, I can make sure to get their badges done without missing anyone. (I can see all the names in the event form, but if anyone else is attending, but not listed as a gamemaster, I'd like to make sure I don't miss them!)

I just submitted my 4 hosting bits, but Sarah pointed out I probably shouldn't do a game like Letters from Whitechapel which could run over at the end of the day, so on Sunday could I switch Letters from Whitechapel to 10am and Infinite City to 4pm. Thanks.

Was kind of interested in checking out Draichota but it's a big time commitment and was a little disappointed their website had so little info :-(

Draichota looks long, but they are really just running multiple 3 hour blocks, so it's not as big of a time sync as it looks.

By chance is there a printer friendly/easier to compare/spreadsheet version of all the events and times?

Next year. We will totally have a nice grid. Or at least wait until later in the week. We are in the process of compiling all the events.

I took the liberty of making a schedule spreadsheet (at least of the events listed on the site...not sure if that's everything). I'll throw it up on googledocs when I'm done!

Hopefully there's no errors or omissions.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing

Edit: Note that there's a sheet tab for both days and for family room on both days.

Well, then. You're hired! This is something I wanted to pull together, but timing has been an issue. We can probably use this. Thanks!

Very cool. I have table number in another spreadsheet. How difficult would it be to add table numbers to this?

It was no prob. I'm a spreadsheet sperg so I make them all the time. I forgot google docs doesn't save margin settings or split formats in cells so it doesn't quite look as nice as the xlsx file I have and I think the second Hours header doesn't print on the second page properly through the link above, but I can upload the excel file if anyone wants it.

Well, could easily add a column between Game/Event title and 9:00 AM for table numbers. I would have color coded according to Rooms rather than game type but I didn't know that stuff.

This is what I had been working on..... but much nicer, and more complete!

(And it probably was done in a WAY easier method than my stupid manual way of doing it.)

Here's the actual xlsx file with Convention logos and headers and proper printing margins.
