Lord of the Rings Online open beta invite

If you are interested, LotR Online begins their open beta tomorrow. I've read some good things about it. If you are interested feel FREE to give it a try off of my email invite linked here. I think they are inviting something like a million players.

If you do try it out though, you are giving permission to myself and any other PolyU member to stop over to your place and play it out too. As well, you are obligated to write detailed reviews here.

I would love to.... but as informed by my wife, "I spend way to much time playing one online game, and I don't need to get involved in another one."
So I have to decline. :(

sure does look pretty though....
I may not be perfect, but parts of me are pretty awesome.

Someone at work was selected for the beta. Although he enjoyed it he said it wasn't any better then WOW. He couldn't justify paying for pretty much the same thing he has already. As he put it... 'The only ones that are going to want to play it are LOTR Die hards. Everyone else will probably stick with WOW.' Especially if you have time invested in a character. He said he did enjoy playing it for free.

Just my 2 cents.

Duct tape is like the force; it has a light side and a dark side and holds the universe together.
