What type of gamer are you?: Minatures

I finally got the meager amount of minis painted so that I could feel good about playing an actual Warmachine battle box game with BHL on Saturday night. We played in his cool mancave/basement (I can't wait until I have a basement) and it was a good time. I have posted a limited after action report over at the Tabletop Minions forum here:

I look forward to playing again, and to any of the others interested in playing Warmachine, let us know!

P.S. I agree with BHL: we'll probably stay with the Prime Remix rules and not update to the new Mark II rules any time soon.

P.P.S. The January Tabletop Minions meeting is Tuesday, January 12th (tomorrow) 6:30 p.m. at House of Heroes, if you're available and interested.

And I agree with you guys, the rules changes are a bit weird to get used to. They seem to force people to change their playing style in order to take advantage of the new rules.

Wow, looking at those pics makes me realize I really need to finish painting that terrain!

Thanks for the write up. Yeah, it was basically you smashing my 'jacks and me just ignoring that, biding my time to rush Sorsha and try to slice her in half with Stryker. Luckily for me it worked.

I took some photos too and if they turned out okay I'll post some as well.

Robert: I work at a chicken factory.
